https://www.glamreservations.com/ is a site operated by JOMIRIAM BUSINESS HUB, a registered business entity under the laws of the Republic of Ghana with its registered office situated at Plot 1 Block 13, Konkromoase, Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

Only the information required to process payments you make through our website, refund those payments, and address complaints and questions about those payments and refunds will be shared with Paystack. Glam Reservations will not pass on or keep any user-provided debit or credit card information.

5. Information Gathering  

We gather information that includes your home address, phone number, email address, latitude, and longitude. We receive this information from you when you wish to make a reservation. To provide residential services, we must get in touch with you and locate your address. If you would like this data to be removed, please email us at glamreservations@gmail.com  with your request. 

•  Information will be requested from each user like name, last name, and phone number, email, postal and zip code, and a few more private details throughout registration, which you ought to fill out accurately and comprehensively.  

• Each user is solely charge of keeping up with their login credentials, password, and private information, and the loss of information outside of our communication range is not our service's fault. 

• If a mistake occurs or you the user needs to make alterations to this data, the user is required to keep it updated. The legal responsibility for any forgery or inaccuracy of personal information or misuse of other people's information is the responsibility of the user.    

• Depending on whether they are acting as the client or as the service provider in a service operation, both clients and service providers register their user accounts as the service location. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to correct any address errors and lose service provider information.

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. 

You agree that failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of usage upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

8.Terms And Conditions For Bookings And Store Transactions. 

Glam Reservations offers Online Arbitration Service, which implies that Glam Reservations would intervene to settle disputes if suppliers are unable to comply with buyers' demands for refunds. Glam Reservations will only take up the complaint in the event that the buyer declines to pay after delivery or the provider fails to deliver the goods after payment. Concerns regarding product conformance, damage, or scarcity will not be taken up by us. 

Glam Reservations' refund policy safeguards you in the event that your purchase does not fulfill the terms of the agreement (e.g., if the order is missing or has not been dispatched). Refund requests must be made within five days of  the delivery date to 

glamreservations@gmail.com. 

 

9.Cancellation Policy 

To cancel or reschedule, kindly alert us a day before or at least an hour before. Late cancelation  attracts a 60% fee of the booking price. Meaning that you will only receive 40% of the money you paid as a refund. If you reschedule less than an hour before your session, you will pay a 5% fee directly to the beauty service provider.
